The staff were all very kind. Valet parking, bag check, reception… couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Also, our king room was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which was really great and a welcomed surprise!
Only one elevator was working. We didn’t have a problem with that until close to check out when everyone else needed to also use the elevator. Ended up walking down 8 flights of stairs with our bags (at least we weren’t on the 25th floor!). Also, the pillows were way too soft for our liking.

Location
Staff there just try to “do their jobs,” (except for Ivan and Jamie). They don’t have the “heart” for the hospitality business.
