It was a lot of fun and money well spent.

Waterpark was a lot of fun and the lifeguards weren't yelling at every little kid etc.

The waterpark was a little too dark. There wasn't a do not disturb sign, or a way to tell the cleaning ladies that we didn't need the extra service as we are pretty clean people and it would have saved them time etc.

Fun stay with the grandsons!!

We loved the waterpark!! The beds were comfy. Room was good sized, we had suite. Location close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel stay price was good and included waterpark tickets. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Laundry machines were dirty and didn't work. Arcade games didn't work. Rooms could use some deep cleaning.

Front desk, house keeping, maintenance gentleman , kitchen staff and water park staff were all so friendly, everyone was happy and helpful it made our stay so much more enjoyable! They all made a big impact on our stay Thank you!

The waterpark made it an awesome getaway for my Grandchildren and I.

I loved the hot options for breakfast. There were many choices.

My Grandson was hoping for waffles or pancakes.

Highly recommend!

Great value for families! The water park was great. The laser tag was a hit with my son. The room was surprisingly large. The hotel is well-kept and customer service was fantastic! The price is very fair.

No complaints from us.

Very pleasant, I brought Grandchildren and it was a great family stay.

The omelettes were so much better than the usual scrambled eggs at a hotel. Juice was very good.

It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but it could have definitely been cleaner.

the location and the water park

the rooms weren’t very clean. The Kleenex container was completely empty. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Floors weren’t vacuumed.

Kid friendly

I loved the kids area inside the water park and the arcade!

The room was a little out dated and the jets on the hot tub didn't work any of the 3 days we were there, huge bummer.

Adult hot tub and snack bar with hot food options.

Breakfast was very limited and they ran out of some stuff 30 minutes before it ended. Given the number of families, I would have expected more kid friendly options. Ended up running out to pick up breakfast.

my family and I loved the helpful staff, amazing waterpark, great breakfast and the room with the bunk bed was nice for kids and adults to have more privacy was great will definitly go back.

waterpark was closed certain times of the day. kinda high priced.

Hotel was great but Water Park needs improvement

They had multiple amenities for kids and the breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice.

Chlorine levels were too high. My child broke out with a rash after 4 hours in the water park. The air quality in the water park was not good at all either. I noticed the worst of it when you were in the middle of the park. If you stayed in the outer areas for seating you could breathe and not have it irritated your eyes. I think if they lower the chlorine levels and have better ventilation then it would be more enjoyable to be in there.

Superb

My granddaughter hit her head on the TV stand in the room with the bunk beds! When we told staff they said ya they were aware of the problem! There was also a nail sticking out of the floor that one of us could have stepped on and got seriously injured!

Kids had a great stay during their Christmas break.

Waterpark is great, nice location on the edge of town, rooms were nice and breakfast was good with different options offered.

We thought the air temp in the waterpark was a little cool.

Great stay!

Friendly staff very clean rooms. The Waterpark was always clean. The staff at the laser tag place was very great. Hot breakfast was really good for a hotel! Like real good!

Ummm... The pancake machine was broken for breakfast :(

Overall it was decent but a non-smoking room should not smell like it was just covered up by spray.

We had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke and felt so damp that nothing would dry.
