Won’t be back

The hotel is conveniently located

The staff isn’t overly friendly and the room had so many cut corners. Ex: the nightstand drawer was tied with the phone cord to try to keep it closed. It stayed open 4 inches the whole time

Ubicación, caminando estábamos cerca del centro y amabilidad del personal.

La habitación 219 es normal, solo que la cama sonaba demasiado, la puerta de la regadera también sonaba demasiado al abrirla. Respecto a la limpieza, se notaba que el piso estaba muy sucio, cuando caminamos sin zapatos nos dimos cuenta que habían muchas piedrecitas o residuos de suciedad. Respecto al desayuno, era demasiado pobre, muy básica la oferta diaria. No creo que volvamos a ese hotel en particular ya que por el precio que pagamos por alojarnos ahí, el cual consideramos demasiado elevado, creo que podemos encontrar algo mejor por el sector. Respecto al check-in, no nos entregaron los ticket del desayuno ni el horario, tampoco registraron a mi pareja, esto considero que es muy importante, ya que si sucede algún problema (incendio, terremoto, derrumbe, etc), el hotel nunca registró a mi pareja entonces no sé cómo pueden controlar este tema, tampoco me pidieron documento de identificación para registrarnos, primera vez que el ingreso es de esta manera en nuestros viajes.

Not happy at all about paying for parking. That's ridiculous!

Breakfast not very good. Especially since I had to pay for it.

Wasn't hot. Not much available.

Disappointing

Close to historic district of st Augustine

Bed was hard, no water pressure, only had hot or scorching water. Was locked out of the building and room twice from key to rooms deactivated. Loud construction noises from remolding. Was not told about remodeling when booked the room.

Very good

The pool, hot tub, lobby were very nice. Food was pretty good. Clean.

Some things in the room - one light didn't work, bedside drawer didn't stay closed, window curtain broken. Door key card was problematic.

Nice accommodations overall but the few things mentioned above lowered the rating for myself

Very local to the historic area and bay.

breakfast was not included in the stay and one of the entry doors was not secured so anyone could walk in at anytime and had to pay for parking.

Not recommended, awful experience

Room reeked of paint fumes and front desk was entirely unhelpful about it. Had to move myself and my aging parents to a different hotel in the middle of the night because the room was unusable, and heard exactly nothing in the way of apology or offer of refund despite my own outreach. Entirely disappointing experience and I do not recommend this hotel

I would stay here again, if the price was less expensive.

Shower stall was a nice size, but hardly any water pressure. The bathroom in general was spacious.

The layout of the room makes it very difficult to maneuver the luggage cart in the room and load or unload it. No USB ports anywhere in the room?! Very odd smell in the room even after we sprayed air freshener. The bed squeaked and groaned every time you moved. We were afraid it would wake up the neighbors.

Location was good. Closer to old town than other hotels.

For cost it was not in great condition. And it was 18/ night to park on top of the cost of the hotel. I would understand if it was in the middle of the historic district, but it wasnt. Honestly, next time I will save money and stay further away.

the rooms were filthy used wash clothe in the shower dried toothpaste in the sink the floors were not cleaned we asked for a crib that we cleaned ourselves because it was never cleaned and had crap inside the crib

Nice, clean and friendly.

You're paying to stay here and when I checked out, they charged me for parking on top of my bill. What did they expect me to do with my car. Should have been included in the price of the room.

Adequate hotel, poorly managed.

the room was nice and the front desk agent was doing her best.

i've never in my life waited for over 3 hours for the keys to my room, because they let too many people have late checkout. My kids were exhausted, wife was not happy, and i couldn't believe how unorganized this hotel was. No one could find Joe Rodriguez the manager. The hottub at the pool was filled with junk and was cold, so no one could even use it. The manager on duty was more focused on opening up their hotel restaurant which no one was at than making sure people (20-30 in line) got their rooms. Will not be back.

do not worth the money spent

The staff is friendly and communicative

The bathroom light was noisy and blinking, the bathtub curtain didn't close and the bathroom got soaked. flooring needs to be redone, the A/C was noisy. The room keys had to be replaced all the time as it loses its magnetic. The outside doors weren't unlocking even with using new key cards.

won’t stay here again

property was in a good location

staff was not helpful, there was a dog that barked most of the night so we did not sleep well, and the air conditioning unit in the room made a very loud noise every 10 minutes

it was average and nothing special

$18 parking fee $75 charge for my pug to be there with me in the same room $35 additional for my pug -why there was an additional charge I have no idea and couldn’t get an explanation why. $12.99 for breakfast that was the same food as I got free at Hyatt House in Fredericksburg and also at the Hyatt house in Charleston SC
