The location to the place I was going
Parking lot was a mess. Dirty and not kept up.

I had an amazing time in this hotel. Everything was new and spotless and the location was perfect for me with many restaurants close by. The breakfast was decent and I liked the self-service laundry room.
Although I paid in full through booking and said so to the lady at the front desk, I was charged again by the hotel. At first I was very frustrated but eventually the situation was resolved by the manager.

I loved the location and restaurants available around area.
The name change transition was confusing, I was not advised about hotel name change from bwing Holiday Inn to Marriott.

Breakfast was good. Room was a good size.
I couldn’t sleep the first night because we were on the second floor and could hear every footstep and movement from the room above us all night. I let the staff know and they moved us to the third floor the second night.
