The location was easy to get to from the airport and the apartment was neatly set up and clean. Our flight in was delayed by 4 hours and the front desk staff was very courteous and gracious in allowing us a late check out. The kitchen amenities were perfect, parking was easy and our stay was smooth.

The staff was amazing!!! Room was great. Convenient. Shuttle to the strip. Bed was very soft & blackout curtains really helped. A/C was nice & cold. Bathroom very big & had a kitchen & living room.
No covered Parking. Elevator took a bit long.

The location was perfect for what I needed.
I got to the hotel after 8 pm, so by the time I finally got to my room, I was exhausted. Seeing that the floor hadn’t been swept, vacuumed, or mopped was honestly disgusting. I was too tired to complain, so I just wore my shoes the entire time since it wasn’t going to be a long stay anyway.
The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. There was pubic hair and other guests’ hair left behind, which was extremely unpleasant. The carpet had noticeable food stains as well.
The room had so much potential and really just needed some attention to detail. For example, the living room area rug was clearly once black and white, but it’s so worn and dirty now that it looks gray and black. With a little more care and attention to cleanliness and upkeep, this could have been a really nice room.
