Good place to sleep while on business, not a great family hotel

Breakfast was good. To go bags and a waffle machine. Well organized. 24 hour coffee.

Dont want to complain much because the price was good. Service in the evenings was not great and sometimes no one there at all. For sure the hotel needs upgrading, dirty carpets in the hall etc. All in all as a business traveler not bad and reccommended. Gets the job done. Would not recommend for families.

Never stay at a Hilton again

Not a whole lot of anything.

Workers down the hall partying till 3 am. No curtain in the room parking lot lights lit up the room. Couldn’t close the bathroom door. The outside key pads didn’t work. This is just the highlights. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Nice stag, location good, facility rundown, expected more for the price.

Breakfast area updated, close to freeways and shopping. Staff pleasant.

Bed platforms, fridge, shower, windows, etc in disrepair. Pool closed. Facility obviously neglected.

Excellent place to stay, will make it a point to stay here again when we are in Battle Creek!

Staff was just fantastic, I mean every single one! This is rare to have every interaction be positive with every employee! The front staff, the housekeepers.....all great ambassadors for your hotel! Also, your location is perfect as you are situated next to so many good food options and all within walking distance.

The only thing I can knock your hotel on is that the pool was closed, I was traveling for a baseball team so we had twelve 16 year old boys and with the pool closed it was of course disappointing for them.

Linda has excellent customer service skills Adam also used excellent customer service skills, especially when my room needed to be changed.

The first room, but Adam made things better and changed my room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was close to a lot of amenities. easy to find things. the staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

The pool is not functional. It’s not listed anywhere that it’s still broken.

Low quality Hampton Inn

The pillows were great! Room was clean.

The toilet in my room didn't work. I called the front desk... no answer. I called again. "We will try to find someone who knows about toilets." Asked again an hour later, housekeeping showed up. Hmmm housekeeping??? They determined that the water was turned off but didn't know who did it or why. (Although i believe they thought i did.) I sure did find out why whoever did shut it off!!! The toilet runs, then shuts off for about 20 seconds, then runs again. Repeat unceasingly. And the running is sooooo LOUD!!!! Bubbling in the bowl. Not good. The POOL IS completely EMPTY & THEY are WAITING for a part. Why isn't that listed somewhere?!?!!!!! It was open when i booked it according to reviews the day before! Other families were disappointed also. Breakfast, yuck. Were those sausage patties or hashbrowns? I didn't chance it to find out. They aren't replacing items that are broken. Out of supplies. Replaced napkins with paper towels. Cranberry juice. They did replace the Belgin waffle maker; however, the mini waffle maker was a far cry from the deluxe maker Hampton Inns usually have. Hot water for tea was NOT hot, & was barely warm enough to brew a cup of pale tea. Parking lot needed salt badly. My athletic son fell twice!!! Thankfully, I didn't! I am very VERY disappointed. I will find somewhere else to stay next visit. Several light bulbs out in my room. And it was either swealtering or freezing!

Don't stay here

First room had dried blood on the comforter. Second room had a fist hole in the closet door. Did not stay. Don't stay at the Hampton Inn in Battle Creek, not clean or safe.

location

when I walked in the front door there was a strong order of marijuana checked in got to my room the door would not close with out picking up on it went down talked with a clerk he was helpful and put me in another room 2nd room was clean but had a musty order and air conditioner was very loud at 11:10 the next morning front desk called and was very rude!!! i realize check out time is 11 and we we’re running behind but that’s not an excuse to be so rude

Served the purpose, but not the greatest

Stayed for a concert at the Firekeepers Casino and casino rooms were sold out. Location was close to casino and had many restaurant options nearby.

Very run down and not as clean as I would've liked. Could hear the highway noise from our room and was so loud we had to run a fan all night to block out the noise. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and this was probably the worst one I have ever stayed at. Not up to usual Hilton standards in my opinion.
