Breakfast was fair, but it's what you'd expect for free breakfast. The food was least hot and the variety wasn't bad.
There was nothing I didn't like the coffee machines were slow.Although they did make a good cup of coffee but when I got busy , it'd be standing waiting

Folks were using the swimming pool very late… 10:45 pm. They were very noisy and screaming. The folks in question sounded like the were inebriated, due to slurring of their speech. They woke my wife and I up from a deep sleep. We were in Room 112… very close to the pool.
I see the posted hours as allowing swimming until 11 pm. Please reconsider the allowable swimming time to terminate at an earlier hour.

The majority of the staff was friendly, especially “T” at the front desk. She was wonderful! She was so helpful in helping me set up the meeting room, and when there was a power outage that affected several businesses on the same power grid, , she remained calm and was did her best to help upset customers. I was very impressed by her!
Only one thing. One front desk woman neither glanced up nor recognized our friendly “ Hello!” It was rather rude.
