The proximity of the airport and the shuttle bus. The rooms were spacious. Good for an airport overnight. That's it.
No water in the room. Terrible breakfast, maybe standard locally but terrible for a European. I would welcome fresh rolls or croissants, some cheese or vegetables.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was convenient for our family trip to Chicago.
The unexpected $33/day parking fee was disappointing, especially since parking appeared to be included on Booking.com. We were also very disappointed with how the hotel handled our missing backpack and felt we had to repeatedly call to get answers about the security cameras.
