Great inclusive breakfast spread!
Pool was put to good use. We went for multiple swims.
Hot tub was perfect! Just the right temp for the kids to enjoy as well.
Room was clean and spacious.
Staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Laundry room came in handy!

I saw a lot of bad reviews after booking and was expecting the worst however there was absolutely nothing wrong with our stay. It was clean, updated, the staff were friendly, pool hours were good, location had any and everything you needed within minutes.

Convenient and comfortable with an excellent breakfast
Window air conditioners in the windows. Some of the rooms had broken HVAC systems, and they still rented them out. Furniture had stains on it. Ironing board was squeaky and did not function properly.

This property is very conveniently located for people who are coming to town to visit Sesame Place. The lobby area is nice and the outside of the hotel is well maintained.
Our room needed a facelift. The bathroom was kind of gross- bathtub and toilet seemed dirty, hair on our towel, and the toilet paper fell of the wall. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable.
