If you are young and lively, this is a great place to stay, right in the middle of Fishtown with lots to do and see. There is a cute little back patio and the couch is deep and long enough to remove the cushions and sleep on like a proper bed, no problem. Comfortable bed with bedside tables and lights on both sides. Roomy bathroom. There was quite a bit of coffee provided, though not enough for the three of us for each to have a cup on all of the days we had booked. Good thermostat and heat and cool control.
We did like the centrality of the location, but the car alarm going off in the middle of the night on both Thursday and Saturday night, the noisy upstairs visitors and drunk arguments at 1 a.m. outside the street front bedroom window, not so much. Ear plugs and a cheap white noise machine that sounds more like TV static than anything were provided, which is nice, but didn't really do much. Price a tad high for no wi-fi, which also probably contributes to there being noisier visitors upstairs, as no one stays here to work online. It's hard to eat out on the patio, as the chairs are permanently reclining- awkward.
