The location was pretty convenient to where I needed to be. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

Het receptiepersoneel is werkelijk het visitekaartje van dit hotel !

Alle 3 de kamers die wij hadden geboekt waren mooi, schoon en hadden prima badkamer en bedden. Wij werden door de receptiemedewerker uiterst geduldig en aardig geholpen. Mooi visitekaartje voor dit hotel.

Good overnight stay

Located in a central area of Philadelphia; not far to walk to bars and restaurants.

No facilities for breakfast, although coffee available in the lobby.

If you need a place to sleep while in the city and not looking for comfort and luxury then this is for you.

The location was perfect for the subway and food places to eat, as we were attending Wrestlemania, and the option for tea/coffee and water was a nice added extra.

We had a 3 day stay and not once was the trash bin emptied in the room, a restock of toilet roll and clean towels offered. There were stains on the carpet and top sheet, the mirror in the bathroom was broken and the shower handle had a yellow stain/rust on the basin. The room resemble more like a dorm room than a hotel room and not very comfortable to sleep in. The room was too small and cramped for the price, but luckily we only stayed in there to sleep as our days were busy elsewhere.

Excellent location with great essentials

Great location, free tea and coffee included. great value for money, comfortable bed.

The room furniture ( desk and lamps ) were dusty.

Good experience, not amazingly impressive but really good.

Room was a little small, 11th floor, room 25. Really, every sq inch was carefully divided into super small areas. But it was quasi not entirely uncomfortable, just restricted in space where a few more sq inches would have made a great difference.

Enjoy staying at Club Quarters Philadelphia for the locatiion, the room, and the staff.

Location was very convenient to the sites to see and to transportation. Room was pleasant to look at and functional. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Had some problem with the key card to get into the room. Took a few times before the door unlocked.

Great Stay, Especially for Quality/Comfort/Value.

Kiosk Check-in process, guest water bottle filling stations on every floor, hotel lobby living room with self-serve coffee machine/choices, amazing gym....and comfy bed / clean room and bathroom.

I visit Philadelphia every year to see family and old friends; I expect to stay here again.

Lots of nearby restaurants, easy access to public transit, even a bookstore on the next block. The room had a desk with a good reading lamp and places to charge my electronics. Lots of coffee or tea in the lobby. I washed my clothing on the upper floor and used the hotel's powder.

The washing machine was a combo wash and dry. The drying function did not work well for me so the second load I just washed and let it dry in my room. The room was fine for a single person but the space available to move around the bed without hitting the TV on the wall was minimal. However, I did pay for the smallest and cheapest room so I was happy.

Rude reception staff who could not be bothered

Bed was comfortable

On arrive the guy in reception really could not be bothered to assist me He came across as really couldn’t care and rude He told me to use the self check in which I had no idea what to do and he wasn’t bothered to help Explained nothing about the hotel or facilities He made me feel uncomfortable to ask In the morning I ask reception where’s breakfast to get a blunt reply back their isn’t any Really would not recommend this hotel No facilities and rude staff Book some where else

Reaonable price for a downtown hotel, excelllent access to local transportation, and close to sites.

Excellent location. Easy to get to the train station, local buses, and Regional Rail. Room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Convenient hotel. Had a comfortable stay there when I was in town for work. Efficient check-in / check-out using screens so I did not have to wait.

Don't spend your money here.

It was a great location and a nice room.

The room lacked outlets, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, so much woke up in pain, they didn't validate parking, there is no breakfast option. I won't be staying here again my next time in Philly, it was absolutely not worth 800+ dollars.

Dated hotel with curious people wandering about.

The bed and sheets were amazing. The bathroom was dated but had nice updates.

Stylistically the whole hotel was a bit of a stretch. It felt like an early 20th century building that had too many redesigns that didn't work together. There were strange people littered about the hotel. There was a guy on my hall that just stood out my door apparently talking on the phone, but I question that. Strange place.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful city

The location is great, only a block away from board street and the fantastic city hall. For me a prime location., with easy excess to the subway. Friendly staff and the rooms where of a good size. The coffee machine was an awesome extra.

The price was a little step but you are in the city. Another thing was, if you didn't know your way around the city, there was no information or maps for guides. I just think that would have been helpful.

Room cleaning etc is upon request only. Before COVID they provided fruit and organised happy hour during weekdays. All those niceties have been removed. But the rates have gone up

Exceptional

Loved the complimentary latte machine in the lobby and the pricked water fill stations on each hotel floor. That was super helpful and lovely to have. The bed was so comfy, a dream to sleep in. Staff was nice and helpful.

Disappointed.

Everything. Horrible service, horrible room, horrible hotel. Overall horrible I will never come back here plus I never got my security deposit back and they also charged me for 2 nights when I only stayed half a night!

This was our 6th time staying. Always good for an overnight trip/concert.

Love the location, bed was super comfortable, room was clean & the staff was nice.

No ice or vending machine of our floor. Toilets are too low & TV wasn't loud enough to hear.

An enjoyable stay

We enjoyed visiting Philadelphia, and this was enhanced by spending a few days at Club Quarters. The hotel was very nicely presented and the staff were always helpful and courteous. From water and tea in the lobby to the spacious rooms and facilities, we found the whole place very relaxing

It's hard to be critical of parking, as we see it is a city wide issue for travellers, but it adds to the bill and has to be taken into consideration. When added to the hotel cost, it gets quite expensive. Whilst I was complimentary about the drinks in the lobby, I have to say that a regular black tea would have been preferable to Earl Grey, but that's just my opinion.

Perfect for an Emergency Staycation

It was cool to see a little Keurig in my room. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby. Very comfortable space.

Generally speaking, it was a little pricey for me but that just means I'll save up some more :-)
