The breakfast was great, new menu options daily. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Something was wrong with the toilet handle (made a loud clanking noise when flushed). We did have to wipe down the desk and trays as there was some dust that had settled.

Close to Ohio state. Modern.
Was “upgraded” to a king suite but it just took away a bed. Had to use a pull out couch instead and it was stained and no blankets or sheets. The shuttle bus driver was rude. I asked her to turn the heat down and she turned it up instead. Vending machines weren’t working and a small pop was $3. They put a $75 hold on your card at check in but they should just include that upon booking the hotel.
