Tight parking lot

Location. A spacious room. Friendly staff.

The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The floor was quite dirty, and there were drinks and some mess left by the previous guest in the bedside table drawer.

Staff was friendly. Clean rooms , great breakfast. Great atmosphere. I will be back!! Love it! I appreciate the safety measures taken in parking lot. An abundance of hot water for showers!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

It was clean, air conditioning was nice and cold. Bathroom floors are very slick, shiny but scary when getting out of shower. I put down a towel before getting out and it moved when I stepped out. Need to supply a bath mat with suction on bottom for outside of shower for safety. Weird smell that must have been cleaning supplies, I hope. I brought my own febreeze air freshener so that helped. Upon checking in, the guy was rude and said because you used booking.com you owe for parking $15 a night. And gates are closed at 11 pm to 5 am. I asked, I have to be back by 11 pm? And he repeats parking is closed 11 pm-5am. And for your pet you owe $20 a night. I said ok, I thought that was included when I booked, he said " because you used booking. Com you pay $20 a night". So my conclusion was I was being penalized for using booking.com. And I did not like having a curfew. My husband was in the hospital and I didn't know what was going to happen or when I would be back.

Slick, fall risk bathroom floors, curfew and being penalized for using booking. Com. Parking was very tight. Hard to maneuver. Chairs in second floor lobby area were worn and looked uncomforable.
