STAFF WAS GREAT; PATIENT, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE.
THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT WERE CLEAN.
T IS DATED AND IN NEED OF A "FACELIFT", YET IT MET ALL NECESSARY EXPECTATIONS.
THE PARKING LOT AND ENTRANCEWAY NEEDED A CLEANING: EG: ASHTRAYS WERE KIND OF GROSS, AND THE GROUND COULD'VE BEEN CLEANER.

A less expensive “grab and go” setup would have been appealing as I had appointments that precluded a leisurely breakfast time. The staff was very nice, the lobby coffee was so appreciated, and the dinner food was good (most excellent French fries!). Appreciated that there is an EV charger on-site.
The hotel sign is difficult to see when approaching from the I-84 exit — too far back from the road and not well illuminated. Confusing that the street view is of the back of the hotel! The rooms are a bit “tired” looking but clean and comfortable. The marked parking spaces are too narrow - most people arrive with luggage - one morning I had to squeeze tight to get in my car yet both cars were within the parking lines. One small observation: I was in a handicapped room which I didn’t need, but it was quite far from the elevators which might have been an issue if I had mobility issues

Parking and bed slept good
Lighting ..and water spots on ceiling and the shower curtain was way short so all water went outside of tub when showering
