Elevator on the 2nd floor was not working during checkout, sign was put up to call the front desk but no one answered.

The hotel is in a good location with restaurants and shops nearby. They have plenty of parking space and the lot is well lit at night. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff working the front desk and the cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. They offer a nice breakfast with plenty of choices. I was able to get a cup of coffee anytime I wanted one.
The only minor problem I had was I couldn't get my door open one of the days we were there. I reported it to the front desk and Shirley, who was working the desk at that time, followed me up to my room and was able to open it. She said she would call maintenance if she couldn't open it. The problem was solved and I really appreciate the way she handled the situation.

It was close to where I needed to be
The door was super hard to open and close. The toilet was hard to flush. The shower curtain was destroyed and water got every where. I asked for towels and never got them. The evaluator was loud and unsettling
