It was very nice.

Breakfast was good, the facility was clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and looked nice. I also appreciated being able to check in early when I arrived several hours earlier than I expected.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and no way to paige someone (a bell, etc.)

Breakfast options were good and comfortable beds.

The lobby size was extremely small and the hotel rooms on 1st floor was super close to the lobby. We traveled with soccer team families and was told Adults are not allowed to sit in lobby after 9pm. But there was not outdoor seating area. The pool was shut down for maintenance and not enough seating in lobby for breakfast. You can hear all the noise from people walking upstairs with super thin walls. I tried to print something for my team from front desk and the printer ink was broken. Not a great experience. Cheaply made

It did the trick for what we wanted but for the price things should be a little more tip top.

Breakfast was minimal with limited bread, and out of carton eggs. Nice to have coffee/tea available all day. Could use more seating and table room.

Some maintenance issues need to be addressed such as panic bar on second floor exit door disconnected. Wet floor outside pool area a real hazard. Elevators sounded like they needed servicing; somewhat disconcerting.

Staff was friendly.

It was very dirty. The pool was very dingy and dirty. Chunks of hair floating in it from the previous day. Rusted sprinklers on the ceiling. Filter taped to the bottom of the pool. Hotel room AC vents were filled with black mold (we didn't notice till the following morning when we all woke up very congested and checked them). Calk around the jet tub was all falling apart. Just overall very dirty.

After finding the qtips it made us weary, what else was dirty and not cleaned.

The location was great. Bed was comfortable.

There were dirty Qtips on the desk. The desk had oily substances on it. Bathroom had trash from someone before in it. No lights on in the room even though we called ahead to share when we would check in. No information on the room phone to call front desk. The tv was unplugged, we assumed it was broken.

overall my stay was a good one.

I’ve stay at this hotel before, we stayed towards the back of the hotel, which I enjoyed more than the front room I was given room 219 was not a good room heard all the loud in and out of the hotel.

the room was very dirty. the tub was filthy. the rugs were sticky and dirty. the latch on the door was broken. I was dissatisfied with the room I was given. I didn’t think to ask for other accommodations, next time I will.

It was a long day and I was very glad to come back to a hotel room that I could feel comfortable in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was there to great me when I came in and were very professional. I noticed in the bathroom the cleaning woman took the care to fold the toilet paper back. It is those small details that I have seen fall by the wayside during and after covid. It was nice to see them in a Waterbury hotel.

The breatkfast wasn't great. The eggs and sausage were clearly mass produced and not the best quality. But there were plenty of other choices.
