The hotel, staff, and breakfast were all good.
I was charged twice because booking charged me and the hotel charged me because they said that my reservation was cancelled. I was not happy and I actually disputed the charge with Booking because they must have sent them a notice of cancellation, but I never received one.

Excellent location.
Requested an accessible room with a walk in shower but was placed in a wheelchair accessible room with a tub shower & shower chair. The bathroom was very slippery & unsafe. The desk agent stated they did have a room with a walk in shower but the request message was not passed to them from bookin.com

Room was nice and spacious.
Bed was awful, pillows were as well. Bathtub backed up with water when I was showering. Faucets were loose.
