The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and pleasant.
Beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was maintained well.
The restaurant closed two hours early on a Saturday night and the external dining choices are slim in the area. I can understand that for a small bed-and-breakfast, but for a large chain hotel to have that kind of inconsistency of service was really quite annoying. We had had a long day of travel and were looking forward to quiet room service and partly chose the hotel because it was offered in the booking information.

Great location/distance from National Comedy Museum and Lucy Museum. Friendly, helpful staff. LOVED that warm cookies were offered upon check-in and check-out. The small extras are really nice. Beds were quite comfortable, pillows not so much. While everyone's comforts are different, I found pillows so soft they went too flat.
A bit disappointed with dinners. Out of romaine lettuce and Pino Grigio wine. Menu selection was better a few years ago when we stayed before.

The staff was friendly and caring.
The area is not the best. We went with a huge group of us and many of the rooms were dirty before checking in. Urine in toilet seats. Dirty towels and linen in rooms. Some of the beds weren't made up. Kinda looked like some rooms were forgotten to be cleaned...

Beds and restaurant
There was no service in my room. I had no clean towels when we left for the day we came back and there was no cleaning done. I had to go down to the front desk and get towels for the next day.
