Every person on the staff was pleasant. Acknowledged me in hall ways and other common areas.
The microwave glass turnable kept getting disengaged from the spinning mechanism.

The location, everything else was generally fine
The rooms were not as clean as we would have liked! Stains on the floor and the pillowcase, dirt and a hair in the shower…
