Disappointing

Check in was easy. Breakfast was decent.

Room felt dirty/old. Carpet was stained and had a strange texture. Bathroom also felt dirty and smelled like smoke, and was very small. There was also a non-working phone attached to the wall next to the toilet? Walls are thin - could hear everything outside in the hallway. Overall it felt old, tired, and not so clean, especially for such a high price per night.

quiet, fridge was extra cold, pillows were comfortable

linens were dirty, didn’t like how the sink was located outside of bathroom with toilet, shower was clogged so water rose to ankles while taking a shower, maid did not come to clean the room

Staff is nice and attentive, but the hotel has issues that could result in a health concern.

The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the pool.

Well, they had exposed fiberglass insulation underneath the AC/heating unit which I didn’t see until our last day. I brought it to their attention and they apologized for the room, but didn’t offer any sort of discount or coupons for the state the room was in. To be clear, I could have raised this to the company’s upper management, but I didn’t want to be one of those guys.

bathroom dirty comforter had dried blood stain pillow smelled like dirty old not washed can hear person upstairs all night waking around so loud hallway so loud each of people talking

would most def stay again, just not at the end of hall near exit door....great place & breakfast

location easy to get to and plenty around it and close to the downtown area which is wonderful.. Breakfast was awesome, fresh blueberries in pancakes, egg whites omelets, and almond milk offered and gf items as well as standard items, lots of options and variety. The employers were great, i would mention their name but no name tags to give a shout out to. the guy at check in was helpful with local info and the woman running the breakfast shift by herself was great and very friendly. room was very clean and bed was comfy.

Only 2 issues, we had room on first floor down by pool and gym and exit door, so all night long we heard the door slamming so did not get a good night's rest and there was a slight smell in hallway, we think from the pool area.

easy to get to. nearby shops and restaurants . very comfortable beds and pillows

the gym smelled awful. I couldn’t spend a minute in there.

it was ok. a bit pricey for the lack of a clean room.

location was good. next to everything

our room didn’t get serviced and we were out all day and came back to a dirty room. shouldn’t need to throw our dirty stuff in the hallway just to make sure we get clean stuff.

I was not happy with the fact that the first room we were given had a horrible smell to it, and the second room had the same smell on all of the towels.

The Bed was actually quite comfortable and Breakfast was decent too. Nice and close to the stores and right next door to the NH State Liquor Store was nice too.

The rugs were old and not clean. The carpets in the hallway were all stained badly and the smell in the room was really overpowering to hide the pet smells.

Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay again
