We enjoyed it. Nicely appointed. Room was clean.

Beautiful property. Nicely decorated. Great location.

We stayed on the second floor and the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the entire floor when getting off the elevator. It was gross. Like old permanent smoke smell.

tainted by incredibly sour employees, ended up staying at the comfort inn next door which had wonderful staff and great

location was good

Both the front desk woman and manager were supremely rude. It genuinely seems as if both working at the time felt imposed upon by having to check in, speak to, or interact with guests in any capacity. Very glad we moved our stay to the hotel next door and got treated with respect.

the whole stay was mostly fantastic. The front desk staff was great. The breakfast was great as well.

there was no daily room freshening. I wasn’t told that and was shocked to arrive back to my room with full trash, used, wet towels, and no dry towels. the front desk was great and right away brought towels as well as a trash bag that we used to empty the trash bins (we ate in the previous night so had more trash).

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Location right downtown was perfect for enjoying the night life.

“Breakfast” was essentially gas station sandwiches and cereal…left a lot to be desired.

Great hotel, great location in a nice town

Location was right in Town Square. Beautiful room, great bed, very clean. breakfast was good

There is no dedicated loading zone outside hotel for arriving guests. Hotel is on very busy road, and all parking spaces have meters on them. Hotel carpark outback requires guest to walk down flight of stairs. Rooms are not serviced which is ordinary given the cost of a room in this hotel

Disappointing

The location was ideal with some wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The manager and maintenance man were good people who tried to make things better for us.

We had a very noisy heater/AC unit that woke us up all during the night as it went off and on. Maintenance came up and said some of the units were old and nothing could be done about it. We discovered only after our first night that housekeeping only comes in every other day, apparently at all Marriotts now. We chose to stay there because our experience in the past was that Marriott had a good, reliable reputation. I guess they are trying to cut down on costs, but for almost $250 a night you would think they could provide housekeeping each day. The headboard and walls showed serious wear, and there appeared to be a buildup of mold in the bathroom vent. Their breakfast staff bailed out on them the day before so only a high carb continental was available both mornings. Stuff happens, we get it, but we are not able to eat like that and so had to go out and pay for a decent breakfast. We were originally going to be charged over $500 for the two nights stay but were given a decent compensation. However, it was a very disappointing experience, and we wouldn't stay there again.

Noisy A/C. Had lukewarm water (at best) in the shower and the sink at night and in the morning.

Nice - right on main- get a good feel on little town

The location right on main street

The parking situation and the stairs. On crutches and the parking Lot had no elevator and then walking to back on hotel. Not good.

Wouldnt stay there again

Have a great view of Main Street.

Parking was so far from my room. Up and downstairs to get to my car. The mattress in my room was like a cinder block, and the toilet was way to low to sit down on. .
