Despite the hotel needing to be renovated (starting next month), the staff are ALWAYS very helpful. You feel like you are coming home to a family - cookies and all!
I have ALWAYS stayed at this hotel when we visit Mt. Dora 2-3 times a year. They are about to start their renovations, so they know they need to upgrade their hotel. My concern was with the hot breakfast which is ALWAYS a part of the stay and included in the price. Apparently, the kitchen staff had un unexpected emergency, so no real breakfast was given. The hotel offered to discount $50 from our night's stay, but was unable to because it was booked through booknig.com. How do I proceed from here? We were REALLY looking forward to our waffles and other breakfast items we always have when we visit.
