Worse stay I have ever had at the hotel. Told I was going to get it free but still on my card 😞

For the most part very clean

The elevator was broken, staff computer down, credit card reader down, put in a dirty room, card’s disabled, and was kept being told I wasn’t using the right credit card ( I only have one ) and people out in the parking lot with big radio playing and lots of cars coming in and out talking to the gentleman who was there.. no one staying more than 5minutes. Very bad place to stay.

It's a very nice hotel with wonderful and friendly staff! The room was very nice and comfortable.

I didn't like finding toenail clippings on the bathroom floor that were not mine!!!! Also, I did not appreciate being woken up at 4am with doors slamming and dogs barking!!!

I booked the room for a musical artist who is use to 5 start accommodations and she was impressed.

The price, The representative upon my check in was very welcoming and accommodating. He made me feel like a valued customer.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible

The fact that booking and hotel were uncommunicative and unhelpful. Failed to notify us about being moved to a whole different hotel and top of that being charged extra for new hotel.

Superb

Nice clean, updated facility. Nice staff. Smells good inside, too. Good breakfast. Noon checkout.

Only thing I didn't like was too much temperature difference between A/C kicking on and off. I was either cold or hot while sleeping. Both my son and I woke up sweaty a few times.

room was dirty, dusty when I arrived. and housekeeping didn't show up until I was there an entire week on June 1st, my room rate doubled - this hotel is not worth $299 a night. period.

OK for short stay. Don't expect much and you'll be satisfied.

Room was fine. Comfortable enough and clean.

Breakfast was minimal. Exercise room was minimal. $5 parking fee is just ridiculous. I've never heard of a parking fee at a suburban motel by the highway that you can only reach by car. Just add it in to the already high room rate - this is just irritating!

Wonderful Place Near Lake Michigan

Close to Lake Michigan, great pool, best hot-oatmeal breakfast buffet I ever had including walnuts, pumpkin seeds and blueberry compote plus oat milk and helpful and attentive serving staff.

Great Location and Staff was very nice and accommodating!

Pool and Hot Tub were not very clean. Hot tub jets did not work very well and very strong odor of chlorine

They have taken away the do it yourself waffle makers. The substitute waffles were terrible! Double beds in a room designed for 4 people are not desirable. Double beds work for little kids but not for teenage boys. Get rid of double beds!!!

Breakfast was fine. Bed comfortable enough.

Very noisy pipes - clicked loudly when hot water was used, probably by upstairs guest. Flooring did not provide enough insulation from upstairs walking. Noisy doors, do not soft close.
