Holiday Inn Express Flint-Campus Area by IHG

Overall great stay for the money. Check in staff were very friendly and check in was smooth. (Note they do require an additional deposit held on a card in case you wreck the room ) I know the area pretty well, and overall it's not a great area, but the hotel and grounds seemed safe , just wouldn't suggest taking a run or stroll down the road. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! (I need to order some of those pillows!) The free breakfast really surprised me as well. Lots of options and it was actually a decent breakfast. Just stayed for 1 night, but I would definitely stay there again if in town and need a room.

Not really too much to fuss about. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, room got pretty humid after a quick shower. Also there was some like gunk running down the wall in the bathroom., I'm guessing just dust on the vent that was in there that gets all wet from the shower air, and drips down. Looked pretty gross though and I'm surprised cleaning people didn't catch it and wipe the wall down.

The hotel was clean, well kept and everything I would want. The breakfast was delicious.

I can’t think of anything.

The location was excellent I could walk to Arts Museum, walk downtown to Farmer's Market, and short drive to Dort Centre. Good breakfast, was able to check in early, plenty of free parking.

Nothing

Easy to find, friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the room we had smelled like sewage. And when we walked into the bathroom there was a bug on the floor that I’m pretty sure was a bed bug.
