Hotel room was clean.

It's 9am and there is no more bacon. Continental breakfast doesn't fit for everyone. As I'm allergic to gluten. They only had grits and sausage. Cooks didn't have no more bacon as if they aren't prepared for the busy weekend of spring break. They were forced to cook more omelettes cause they had ran out I was not the only one who left the room. Not nice. Now, I'm forced to go to a restaurant to pay for something I've had already paid for, breakfast.

Had to extend stay due to emergency surgery. The staff were helpful during this time

The breakfast had a varied menu and plentiful food. The room was clean and well maintained. One morning a group of teen age boys were there with their huge appetites. The staff kept providing food so they were fed and also the other guests. They made sure they did not run out of food.

Since we stayed several nights, I had to ask for clean towels. I like clean towels every day, When I asked they were provided very quickly,

Location was great front desk had great customer service and the breakfast was excellent!!

Only downside to it was we were put next door to a family with several small children that were at times very loud with a banging and the slamming of the doors but other than that all was great.

Bedsheets stained;, never changed. Bathroom dirty; not sanitized; hair in shower; Staff stated that bed linens only changed upon request by guests.

It was good overall.

The breakfast was excellent !

Our key would not work at times. So we had to go down to the first floor and get it to work again. Easy fix but that’s never happened to us before in a hotel stay.

this trip was for a family vacation but I had a bad experience with the hotel I read the reviews before I choose

the hotel is nice and close to everything

The room we got the A/c is was not working properly and have a strong smell to mildew and wet carpet.
