We really enjoy staying here every time! It’s like a mini vacation!

Seating area is very colorful and bright. My children really liked that! Coffee was fantastic, delicious! Suite room is the perfect room size for us. We have a 11 year old autistic daughter and space is always a priority when traveling. We love it!

Breakfast was great but needs improvement. My suggestion, eggs and bacon or sausage. Waffle batter was bland.

I liked the size of the room, very spacious just what I needed for my family.

Not sure if because of Covid or if I had to request it, but on my 2 night stay we were out of clean towels, toilet tissue and the trash was not changed.

Good location and very good staff.

Location is very convenient. You have restaurants, shopping center and the mall around the hotel. Staff are very professional and friendly. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Great for Toddler Kids.

Morning desk guy WONDERFUL always had a Smile on His Face & Answered all Questions.Loved Him. One of the Best hotels Rooms we've Started at!

Beds were Good, but Pillows..not really comfortable at all well some but yeah. I had called a day before n asked, if there was a jacuzzi.. I was told Yes. To my surprise there wasnt. And that was something I was really looking for more, I mean more for the baby.but other kids still enjoyed it to Max! Breakfast Wise... Uhmm I Don't believe the Omelette were changed in more than 2hrs1/2. Kids& husband said the egg with beans were good ..idk but we didn't try the Omelettes. The Fire view would looked nice 2 .

Other than the breakfast, the room was great.

I was not a fan of breakfast. The sausage did not taste like sausage. The variety needs work.

The breakfast. If service is not going to go in the room to clean everyday, they should at least provide clean towels everyday without having to go to the front desk and ask for them.

A Hilton brand property in name only.

The location was convenient, but overall there was nothing exceptional about this property. In fact the hotel was rather underwhelming. Sad for a hotel that shares the Hilton brand. If you want those extra amenities, heck, if you even want something extra, don’t stay here. The staff, service, and quality (not much) are perfunctory and somewhat plain. I would have been better selecting a different hotel.

Upon checking in, I asked the front desk attendant what time breakfast was, this individual replied, “Breakfast begins at 6:00am.” Since I was on business and having a 7:30am obligation the next morning, I thought great. Unfortunately, breakfast was not available at 6:00. I was told, by the desk attendant the next morning, “breakfast will begin at 7:00am.” I returned at 7:00am, no breakfast. Breakfast did not start until 7:06am, and when it became available, it really was limited, bland and unimpressive. I would have done well to skip this and begin my day elsewhere, plus I would have remained on schedule. Home2Suites, thanks for nothing!

Nice, relatively new decor. Good location for my visit. A lot of restaurants nearby

No in hotel lounge. Vending alternative was poorly stocked. Poor quality room pillows.

Therr are better options…Don’t stay on the weekends when club across the street is open

Clean Hotel Large Rooms Nice Kitchenette Convenient Location

Extremely loud bass pounding music from club across the street, could fall asleep until the club closed. Cars and trucks racing up and down the street revving their engines at 2 am. The breakfast options were not impressive at all. Went elsewhere for breakfast. To get enough towels/washcloths/hand towels needed for our family of 4 staying in a double queen suite, we had to use what was in the bathroom and then take those dirty towels to the desk ourselves to switch out for clean ones. Not to mention the guy at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional about it, pretty sure he hates his job. Even said you can look at me like that all you want, because of the look of disbelief when he rudely told the ridiculous towel procedure for the hotel.

Location was very convenient. Many locations close by to eat and drink.

The restroom door locks/handles are tricky and not very easy. The pillows were lumpy and old.
