Poor and no more. Refuse to accept this behavior.

Staff and lack of manager being AVAILABLE were atrocious. At check in informed of $185.00 room disabled. Asked for Military Discount - offered $2.00. If I have ever been insulted, a $2.00 military discount for a $~185.00 room reaches the epitome of insults. This is akin to being spit upon returning from Vietnam in 1967. No manager was ever available at check-in or out. The clerk would not call the manager. said when and if available I could speak to her. Apparently, the management does not like the Military and chooses to display an attitude thru the place of employment. I was given a regular room - no disabled amenities in the room. checked on this and informed me I had to request a "handicapped" not "disabled" room in order to get handicapped facilities. Where I come from the two are synonymous. I was moved to a handicapped room. The bathtub had no seat. no way to get in/out of. I am in a wheelchair., I hope you see some of my points. The EXPRESS in Holiday inn express apparently means get them in get the money and get them out for the next sucker. Needless to say not anything will come of this complaint. This motel was in Ripley West Virginia. If I had been given a reasonable choice, I would have gone to another motel. In the future, I will. 2 divided by 185 = 0.0108. - Respect is in the displayed results, not the advertised promise. Also, I DECLINED the $2.00, Holiday Inn Express needs it more than I need your respect.

I’ll be back in the fall , very convenient and pleasant

Rosa the desk clerk was very professional and knowledgeable and the breakfast was outstanding!

It could be me , my mattress seemed a little uncomfortable

We were so happy to find a place to stay in the face of extreme circumstances.

The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. Very attentive staff. I was picking up my daughter from school for spring break and severe weather prevented us from getting back on the road. HIE provided safe haven. We were relieved.

Have more staff at check-in. There was only one staff member to handle a lot of people. She was friendly and calm and did a marvelous job. Cameo is her name.

Requested and reserved a king size bed. We got a two queen bedroom. It worked out OK, but we were expecting a king size bed. That was the only downside.

The bill had $1.90 on it and I didn't purchase anything. It was for booking through a company. The outlets in bathroom didn't work! annoying when trying to get ready. I told front desk at check out, she just said maybe something maintenance has to do. ?

It was ok. not the worst but not the best

it was close to who I was visiting

the bed was not very comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a box. I was on the first floor and the curtains did not close all the way. The ice maker was broken

person that checked us in was very rude. told me to take my money else where. all we wanted was to stay somewhere after our wedding night before we hopped on the road.
