My stay was beyond what I expected.

The room and the lobby was very presentable. The privacy was well respected.

The elevator issue that happened on Sunday caused a lot of chaos.

Location

The check -in receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Looked tired and didn’t offer where the elevators were, restaurant/bar location, nor check-out. I had to ask these questions.

I have stayed at the Sonesta many many times over the years. Now the staff and hotel is not good.

Great georgia gem 💎

I loved everything about the hotel the location was walkable I felt safe in the area the decor was amazing it was clean there was a restaurant/bar on site front desk was courteous and very friendly always a smile with a greeting the room was comfortable and had everything I needed

you should update your website because a couple of things on there isn't right like your airport shuttle that wasn't offered and it said daily housekeeping and we only saw them on Sunday at 10am and we checked in on Friday and they informed me about the incidental hold but I wasn't told it was per night and I didnt see it posted anywhere and the rooms could you a little more light and the toilet was very noisy when flushed

The need for relaxation.

I love the location. The staff was very professional. During the morning breakfast was delicious and, there was a kind gentleman Laurent was absolutely respectful to all the guests coming in for breakfast. Although there were guesses that were rude Mr. Laurent stayed professional.

I was disappointed with the room 1420. The bathroom floor trim is in bad shape. The rug needs to be repaired. the bathtub needs to be updated.

Very poor

The staff was GREAT.

Only had 2 of 4 elevators working and the 2 were always full. There was NO public bathroom on the 17th floor where we had our hospitality room .

This was definitely an experience. From check in to check out I loved every minute of it.

I did not have breakfast the next morning but food looked delicious!

Nothing to complain about, the concierge was really nice. Helpful & understanding.

it’s very clean rooms and facility bed comfortable has a nice lounge hood food and drinks

Didn’t like the fact that the pool was under construction wish they had reported it to the internet that was the reason I booked the room because they have a inside pool.

Cold shower!!! No warm water in tub but there is in sink. It appears that shower faucet didn’t work properly. We left without taking shower. 😡

I loved the atmosphere and the staff was very helpful and Soo sweet...they really showed me that they really cared and made sure everything was always beyond perfect for me during my stay.

There was no continental breakfast and the hotub closed too early.

very nice hotel things need a another gaming tv option though.

the staff was nice and the bed was very big was huge and for me and my wife the location is great and the view we had was amazing we were on the 14th floor .

the thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the tv didn’t have a gaming option for me I think they should get that going I’m a gamer sorry and I would like to play online and stuff with my friends after I get back to the room and watch movies with my wife the wifi was a little spiky at times but overall things were ok.
