It was OK, but just OK.
Why say you have services for handicapped people when you do not and the bed, don’t even get me started. It was in one word torturous.

Our room was on the top floor and at the end. It was amazingly quiet. I didn’t even hear a door close or freeway noise.

Clean, staff friendly and made it easy to check in and out. Very nice beds and comfortable for our family.
They had to call the cops in the room next to us as something had happened. But nothing they could do they handled it with grace.

I liked the breakfast Buffet it does cost $14, and I love the location right near a shopping center, and I-5. The gas station nearby has amazing staff and is a good area of town.
There was a small amount of poop smeared on the wall which was uncomfortable to be around. There was also hair on our ceiling that looked like an odd place to have hair. The beds are comfortable. I also didn't like that the alternative side entrances were unlocked, I prefer inconvenience of having to unlock side entrances just as an extra safety measure. There were also some exposed wires on the 5th floor that was concerning. Overall staff is friendly.
