Helpful staff (Jackie) very friendly and she was more than accommodating even after a few hiccups. Door malfunction, network issues resulting in computer not able to process my conf # or take payment by card the suburban studios employee stayed cool calm and collect and all the while keeping a smile on her face making light of the situation. Exhausted from long drive up from North Carolina Jackie handled me the 1st time customer of Suburban Studios like a professional. Following morning I was created by management and once again treated so plea-sent I decided to stay over for the rest of the week.

The only person I worked with was a gentleman named Chris. He was exceptional at customer service and just a good human being. He is diligent and attentive to detail. Not only did I get to see my room to ensure it was to my expectations, but I was treated like family and not just a guest. The facility was clean, my room was large, everything in the room worked, and unlike a recent hotel stay in iowa falls- no one tried breaking into my room while I slept.

Room was clean. Good location. The front desk lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Kitchenette was nice. Room size was good. Comfortable beds. I liked the bigger sized garbage can in the kitchen.
The website we booked with states that this hotel has a pool, when they do not actually have a pool. And On the morning of checkout we were rudely awakened by staff banging on the door. When I opened the door she stated that she had to do a monthly safety check.. really! You couldn’t wait until we checked out In a couple hours? So I let her in and laid back down and not 20 mins later housekeeping was trying to enter my room, I asked what was she doing and she responded that that other staff told her we left already, it was only 9:00am, and the only other staff that was there was the lady that just did the “monthly safety check” .
