Location and staff cooperation
I used sofa cum bed and that was in a very bad condition, and there are only few rooms with sofa cum bed in whole hotel. This is a trick to force families to book two rooms or go somewhere else. Not good restaurants around here in the area

The breakfast was great on this day. We stayed at the same hotel going down to vacation and the breakfast was poor. No cinnamon rolls, one piece of white bread, no biscuits, eggs, and sausage gravy (this was at 9am-30 minutes before breakfast ended. We went at 8-30 on this day so the breakfast was fully loaded.
The hot tub was being worked on so was happy they let us swim in pool, but was afraid the kids were going to upset the repair on the hot tub.
