Second time staying and I wish I had known about it before. The location is unmatched. We walked downtown several times and the weather was perfect as well. Great time for a brief one night trip.

Everything was terrific, I just wish I could stay during football season! All booked!

Absolutely loved the location. Location could not be beat. Easy access to downtown. This was my first time at Blacksburg B&B. I had heard about it but never stayed. I graduated from VT in 1996 and come often since my oldest graduated a year ago and my youngest just finished up her Junior year. I wish I had known about this sooner but guessing the weekends I did come for football and basketball games were booked.

The bathroom could use an upgrade but it was very clean and comfortable. Really no complaints!

Great location to walk to VA Tech and downtown. The bed was comfortable.

Our room set-up was a little odd and the shower was not working. We reported to management and they responded right away, but we needed to leave. Our room was also missing towels. There was a mixup with our breakfast order.
