This is a lovely location that is wonderful for access to campus. The bed was comfortable and the room was well set up. There was access to a community kitchen. The pool was lovely. It was relatively quiet during my stay.
The room is advertised as a bed-and-breakfast. You can order breakfast via a specific website, but it is not included. There was no staff on site for any questions or concerns. Parking is very convenient; while I was there, it was under construction and difficult. Sadly, the room was very comfortable, but the carpet was incredibly filthy. The room temperature is not individually adjustable.

Quiet neighborhood close to VA Tech and restaurants, walkability is great, plus comfortable bed, linens and pillows after long travel day…

Second time staying and I wish I had known about it before. The location is unmatched. We walked downtown several times and the weather was perfect as well. Great time for a brief one night trip.
Everything was terrific, I just wish I could stay during football season! All booked!

Great location to walk to VA Tech and downtown. The bed was comfortable.
Our room set-up was a little odd and the shower was not working. We reported to management and they responded right away, but we needed to leave. Our room was also missing towels. There was a mixup with our breakfast order.
