At this particular location, the staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean in appearance as well as the downtown area where the breakfast was served.
It was by other businesses that was recently closed.

Elevator broke, road tore up, no coffee maker in room. I have heard Holiday Inn Express is removing all coffee machines. HORRIBLE idea. Best Western Plus looks to be still providing better service.
No coffee maker and promise of 24 hour lobby coffee was and is not true. Crappy decision.
