Overall my stay was good. I have to point out the air conditioner rattles a lot. The television was hard to navigate. It’s not simply turn on and flip true channels.

I like that it had a cheaper price point

The customer service was horrible. I paid before I went to the hotel and when I got there at 12am in the morning from driving hours. He told me that he needed my payment and he couldn't give me a room nor look at my phone for anything. Someone from bookings called and he was getting smart with her. She made him give me somewhere to stay. He only gave me a night for one night. When they got it straight the next day my key wouldn't work that night when I returned. That same man was there and wouldn't give the person who checked in with a key to get into our room. Very poor customer service. Then when I checked out they said I will get a refund of a certain amount. I never received the refund. 🤔
