It was not bad , would have hope that they would have change the menu .

It was clean , close to many shops

I didn’t like that in the pictures it looked different . Bathroom door was hard to close. They only provided 3 Towels , when I booked for 4. I had to be asking for towels every day. Breakfast was the same everyday.

The overall room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for 2 adults and 2 kids. Price was good for 2 beds and sleeper sofa. I felt the prices for the drinks and snacks were competitive but not ridiculous. Unfortunately, we woke up too late to check out the breakfast.

Staff wasn't rude but also not interactive are welcoming. During both check in and check out we had to wait on the receptionist as they were sitting outside, however I understand them needing a break. I was disappointed with the stains on the carpet and and stain on the bedding . the noises made by the elevator were scary at first but probably just normal for an older hotel.

Overall ok just a few issues

The collection of the Dove Soap and the fact that there was a Frige

We went to turn on the light over the head board there was an condom package over the headboard. It was full of dust. There were kids on the floor above us that made noise most of the night and the early morning stomping

overall our stay went exactly as expected nice service, clean room, comfy bed.

none of the amities are in working order. pool has been broke since November and this was not stated anywhere. which is why we choose this location. no extra pillows, blankets, stow away beds. the room should of been two double in each and instead it was kings. the customer service said that what we get for going through your website. very discouraging.

I was accused of not paying when I checked in. I PAID CASH upon arrival. This is horrible! So if you stay use a card.
