Location was good. The staff were nice. Room was nice
There was a water leak on first floor and they had fans running the first day and night. The second day smelled of wet carpet/mildew.
We did not get any maid service the first day and had to track down maids to exchange towels. They never replenished the coffee so had to go to the front desk each night for morning coffee.

I reserved a Queen room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived I was told there were no more queen rooms available. I asked why, since I reserved it. I was not given an answer. Eventually they found a Queen room for us, but that room had a maintenance issue and a 2 foot by 6 foot section of the carpet near the AC unit was soaking wet.
I reported it and they said they would have another Queen room for us the next day and they did not even attempt to address it or move us. Next day no wash cloths were available. I had to go down again late at night to see if they had wash cloths available. The clerk at the front said they would give me a special price adjustment for the first night, but I doubt they will. No follow up.
