No breakfast provided. But room was comfortable and so was the bed.
Nothing.

The property was very clean and welcoming. I chose the hotel for a trip to Stanford Medical Center. I just wanted something reasonable and fairly close to Stanford. Had a great chat with the front desk guy about travel and he was helpful in finding a place to eat. Room was comfortable, clean and exactly what was needed.
Since I’m not very familiar with Palo Alto, I was hoping it was closer to Stanford. As it turned out tho- the Mexical Center was much closer than it seemed- once we actually drove there.

It was clean, very convenient to Stanford. It was basic with microwave & refrigerator, nice tub, EXCELLENT LIGHTING, so very comfortable when I needed to do a little writing. It was nothing fancy, but very reasonable. Front desk guy very helpful & when they aren't there there is a virtual attendant who I used easily
actually no complaints although I should have asked in advance for ground floor, but it was not terrible to walk up a flight

Our stay was quiet. We were not disturbed by noisy neighbors. The beds were comfortable.
On first appearance, the place seemed to be more of a motel instead of a "hotel". It was worn and surfaces felt sticky (unclean). There was chipped paint on the wall, and open drywall where a towel hanger used to be. The toilet tank would not fill at times b/c of a sticking flap. In the morning, while we were getting dressed sitting on our beds, a worker began to tape our windows from the outside with a plastic cover, long before the check-out time. I felt uncomfortable by this invasion of privacy, and furthermore was bothered that our view had been obstructed. The proper thing to do would have been to wait until the official check-out time.
