Underwhelming!

Close to the airport. I was anticipating a late arrival and booked this place because it has an airport shuttle. Affordable pricing.

The airport shuttle I was counting on didn't actually exist. I ended up paying for Uber both ways. When I complained about the shuttle, the staff replied that the van broke down, but did not do anything to help!

Convenient clean polite and great amenities

Super clean great amenities wonderfully responsive staff. Breakfast was available in airport shuttle was available. Completely convenient for a super early morning flight out of the airport. Total cost for the hotel was less than the cost difference of taking a flight later in the day. Will definitely stay there again for early morning flights.. Pool, spa, gym, and vending area All were great. There was a refrigerator in the room, restaurants within walking distance, and memory foam mattresses.

Pleasant

Very nice room. Clean and modern. Bed was comfortable.

The lighting is terrible, especially in the bathroom. The staff was not that helpful. I asked for an extra pillow for my wife and they would not provide one. Dog fee of $25 per day per dog was excessive too. Never had to pay that much to keep our dogs before.

We came, we saw and got our granddaughter to airport on time. We will probably be back

We have stayed at this establishment several times over the last few years. It is always clean. And the price is within our budget. Also close to the airport.

We had difficulty sleeping this trip because the mattresses were very hard. We are chalking this up to the possibility that it may have been a new mattress.

Great value for someone just wanting a nice, clean room.

Very close to airport. Free shuttle.

It was a little dated but you could see they were replacing furniture and making improvements. My room was great. Newer countertop for sink, etc.

Reasonable and pleasant staff.

Easy check in, was able to get a reasonable rate since I am retired and living in a fixed income. $74.00 -tax included/

A waffle that was it.

Being told they would accommodate me just to tell me what I wanted to hear knowing they was in no way gonna accommodate me in any way

Superb

Very convenient for the airport with a shuttle service that runs on the hour. Rooms were a good size and clean. Tea and coffee available 24/7 and breakfast included was nice.

The breakfast could be improved a little. It’s mostly sugar filled options. A yoghurt and some fruit would have been a nice addition.

Free shuttle and proximity to airport was great. The room was quiet and clean and spacious enough. bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and water pressure great.

TV reception was poor, did not get a lot of channels. Breakfast was disappointing--only waffles, raisin bran, and white bread. They had all the usual food display cases sitting on the buffet counter, but were a empty, which made it look even more sparse. I came early so there was clearly no intention to provide more. There was a sense of only doing the bare minimum. The woman at the reception was civil but not welcoming. Checkout is promptly at 11am, no exceptions. In the morning, a few minutes before checkout she let herself into my room without knocking and when she saw that

Door Key worked. AC worked.

Neither Bedstand light worked. Small pillows. TV was tiny on large stand. Stains on floor. Pool and workout room closed. Continental breakfast..cereal, toast (with no butter or jelly), and waffle stuff only.
