1. Condition of property and room. 2. Front desk staff. 3. Lyft service to/from airport.
This is not a big deal to me because I appreciate the business part of it, but it would have “the cherry on top” if hotel had an on-site restaurant. There are several options within walking distance of hotel and app delivery options available.

Just everything on the money and the Suite so comfortable and well equipped
All chain hotels have a challenge to be impersonal but it would really be unfair because this produkta is great

Room was comfortable and beautiful with all the amenities - refrigerator and lounge area. Would have been great for a longer stay. We only stayed one night traveling through SLC on our way home.
The breakfast was inedible... we got there towards the end of service but muffins had run out and bread was stale and eggs were powdered.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious. I enjoyed the modern decor and the outside is well kept and esthetically pleasing.
The walls in our room were dirty and scuffed. The hot tub was closed which would have been nice to know before we booked the room. Many of the food items at breakfast tasted freezer burnt.
