It was clean and very accommodating
There was an old lady that was front desk, who was dressed as a pirate who made some very rude remarks to my friend about her costume when we barely got down to the lobby, and it was very unnecessary, and she had the audacity to smoke next to the doors outside of the lobby

Had a great stay at Microtel Inn & Suites near the Salt Lake City Airport! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient, especially for anyone traveling in or out of SLC. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. Nothing overly fancy, but everything you need for a comfortable stay at a great value. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Salt Lake City!
Just a few minor things that could be improved! I wish there had been an additional mirror in the room, as the only one was in the bathroom. Breakfast was decent, but having eggs or a few more hot options would have been a nice touch. The bathroom was also a little dated, but it was still clean, functional, and well-maintained. Nothing that negatively impacted my stay too much, just a few small improvements that would make the overall experience even better!

Bed was comfortable.
We called for a transfer from the airport, told it would be 20-30 minutes. Called again after an hour. Told they had been past to collect. White van at night with 3 hotel names on tge shuttle. The other 2 were bright, we didn't see the name.
Nothing was mentioned when called about the other names being on tge shuttle.
Another hotel dropped us off. Awfully grateful at 2300.
Rooms looked like the photos. Facility was dated with its decor.
Went to book tge shuttle that night for the next morning. Sorry can only take either 5 or 6 per hour and we are fully booked for early morning shuttles. When advertised you have a shuttle you expect to be able to use the facility.
Looking back it was disappointing.
