We did not end up staying there. The doors into the building did not lock, the hall’s smelled of cigarette smoke, the room was very rundown and we just didn’t feel comfortable. There were people outside in chairs that didn’t look safe and windows in other rooms that had the blinds all broken. It looked as if people were living there. We asked to speak with management to get a refund and we’re told someone would call us, but never got a call.

Pleasant

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was a grab and go style which was fine, the coffee maker in the room was nice- 4 cup maker not individual cups. The price was the lower in town- college graduation weekend, so prices were way up.

Seemed to be weekly renters that hung around the property at night, never saw them early in the day. No smoking facility but hallways smelled heavily of smoke in the evening. It did not permeate into our room. In a big city I would not have felt safe but small town North Dakota is much less intimidating.

Quick stop out of storm..heat was good but loud

Unclean open root beer bottle and clothes at entrance. Room was dusty and not cleaned behind dresser.

Comfortable but to as clean as expected

Comfortable bed, hit shower.

Stains on curtains. Furniture was in disrepair. Stains on all tables. Dirt visible on and in wall mounted heat and air. Spider webs in coffee machine

Would not recommend to anyone!

Location ok

Rooms were terribly run down, fridge hadn’t even been cleaned out from the last person. Still food in there! Curtains were dirty, stained up. Comforter on bed was dirty.

Don’t stay there. If it hadn’t been 9 pm and I had pre booked I would not have stayed.

Good location from highway. bed was in good condition.

there were no towels or amenities of any kind in the room. the bed only had sheets on it. I had to go to front desk to ask for towels, soap and shampoo including a blanket and a bedspread and the. make it myself. the carpet in the hallway and bedroom were dirty. the fridge was visibly dirty. breakfast was a basket of squashed muffins with a note beside it “cold breakfast only today”. We had been to the America’s Value Inn in Birch Run, Michigan the night before and it was great. We expected better from a chain.

Was pleasant, but could be better if more attention is paid to cleanliness.

The hotel was very nice and the guy at the front desk, Gerard was very patient and accommodating. I had a little problem with the housekeeping method, they never came all through my stay, even after I requested for it.

Cleanliness of the rug in the room. I could tell that it was not properly maintained, hence the different stains all over it.

The bed was very comfortable

Piles of dirty sheets in the hall that stayed there from Friday into Saturday. We left so not sure how long they stayed there. Carpet is old and grimy

I'll never stay there again. I'll pay extra to stay anywhere else

There was nothing I can ho estly say I liked other than it was located near the UND campus.

When I got to the facility there was garbage spilled on the floor of the dining area. As I waited my turn to get my key I noticed at least 5 other motel staff behind the desk, not appearing to be currently doing anything and not one took the 5 minutes needed to clean up the mess.

Location was in downtown.Rooms layout and parking was good.

There were bed bugs in the room.AC was not working properly.Breakfast was not having sufficient items.

The second room was better, but had to be cleaned, the bathroom

The first room the air conditioner was broken, fridge was unplugged and had mold and smelled
