The breakfast was supreme! We had our pet cat and they were very welcoming to pets. Rooms were beautiful and quiet! Comfortable beds! Location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping facilities! Pool and hot tub were clean and very nice!
Our room card often stopped working so we had to get it reset quite a bit. But the staff were very friendly and fixed it quickly for us every time.

Decent continental breakfast – thank you for the eggs! Really liked the accessibility in the building & that it wasn’t right next to the freeway.
The guest staying either above us or next to us woke us up at 6 AM – that says more about the guest than Best Western. We arrived late the night before to attend a funeral, so we really could’ve used the extra two hours of sleep.

Staff are friendly. The breakfast is decent and the lady assigned to the breakfast room is always smiling and keeps checking if fhere are foods that are running out so she can refill it.
The internet was down the whole of our one night stay. Our bathroom doesnt have shower curtain so whenever we took bath the water will be all around the bathroom floor. There were also ants like when we came back afterwalk, our kids timbits are full of ants. You can also hear footsteps from the room above us.

Pool side room
Not a lot of seating at pool, breakfast wasn’t the greatest not much for options, I asked for more towels, never received them, not super friendly and didn’t give very helpful directions to find our room
