Service by Stacy was excellent. Friendly, I had read a previous review that the hot tub wasn’t working so I called to check. It was working and Stacy even came to make sure everything was ok. Liked that they had SF pancake syrup. It is an older hotel but clean and a great location.

The employees are nice sincere and accomadating. Even though booked with lots of people and children in pool and being 2 doors from pool i never heard them.

We had to check out right after we checked in because the smell of smoking is very strong inside the room and hotel. We had to find another hotel. I would like a full refund ( return back the points used).

The Hot Tub was out of order. The room phone did not work. The waffle maker for breakfast wasn't working properly. We chose the hotel because we wanted pool and hot tub and advertised breakfast. Disappointed

The hotel smelled like smoke the minute you walked in. Our room smelled like stale beer and cigarettes. The hall and common area carpet was disgusting. The bottom of the tub was gray. The toilet was constantly running and at 9:45 pm after a long days drive they sent a man up to repair it, he had to leave and go to Walmart to get a tool. He returned and it did not fix it so we turned the water off to the toilet so we could get some sleep. Do not stay here.

The pool was wooden and nice, the breakfast has a good selection. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were outdated and smelt dingy as in maybe there was sitting mold or water damage left for a long period of time. I understand hotels are overwhelmed but I also had to buy cleaners to clean our bathroom.

People at the reception were nice and very accommodating. Althought the beds and the sheets were clean, the room itself could have been cleaner. The air conditionner was very noisy and smelled moldy. The rug in would need a good vaccuming and deep cleaning. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The entire bathroom needs to be renovated as the fixtures are cracked and worned out.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Firstly, the stench of the room was so unbearable that we had to leave right away to get febreeze. Though, the febreeze did not help the stench of the room. The carpets were so sticky, that you could not step on that bare feet. There were MANY flies in the room when we checked in. The AC also was not working well. The room just didn’t feel clean in general. You could see a lot of stain marks on the tv, mirrors, tables etc. The bed was so uncomfortable and the bed sheets smelt so horrible. The bathroom was very unclean, it seems like they just plopped new towels in there. Also, one of the girls in the front desk almost charged us twice for our stay, how unbelievable. For $200 a night, this is not worth a single cent. Do not make the same mistake as I did, and book somewhere else.

Smelly, this hotel needs renovation. Sink has chips on it. Bathroom doesnt look clean. Carpet is dirty. Musty. But staff is very friendly and accommodating. Welcomes us on arrival at 12am and allow us for late check in.

This is a pathetic hotel! I got assaulted by another guest, I was called from front desk 3 times while I was sleeping, telling me to be more quiet ? A random person walks up to my vehicle and asked me to get in his vehicle! I was screamed at ,my children were threatened and verbally abused by another guest ! I want a full refund

I should have known better. I didn't do much homework and booked this property last minute. It was one of the lesser expensive properties I could have booked although I did book the most expensive (Suite). I booked a 2 night stay but only stayed one night. If you a looking at taking a trip back to the 80's, then book a night stay at this property.

When we enter the room that was given to us, it smells tobacco. I asked if there’s other room that we can move in, there was no other room available though the receptionist was willing to transfer us to a nearby hotel but we did not accept it since we booked as a group. She gave a room freshener spray but still did not work, the smells stayed. The microwave and coffee maker was dirty. They did not gave us bath towel that we can use. Definitely, we’re not coming back unless they will make renovations on their property.

If you're expecting it to be like Canadian Days Inn--- it's not! It's entirely smoke free, but our room stank bad like old smoke.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I found the rooms dirty and unkempt. Also, the toilet did not work properly, and some of the plug ins never worked.
