The hotel was excellent, my family enjoyed themselves. Breakfast was awesome also and the Waterpark was amazing will definitely be back!!
The only downside was the double bed in the family room it wasnt to comfy and every time we moved it would squeak or make a sound other than that the room was great!

Elevators could use a some updates. On one elevator there was black electrical tape holding on the panel

The room was spacious (we got upgraded to a suite)
That you need a bracelet to do the big slide and that the walk from the rooms is far from swimming. We had to walk around reception in bathing suits.

Location
The elevators are old made noises. Need new elevators.
The mattresses and pillows where to old , not sleeping comfortable.
