I don't really eat breakfast but the coffee was good! I like that its inside UND and there's plenty of restaurants nearby.
There was construction when we got there so it was the noise but that was not the hotels fault really. They also said that the bar closes at 10pm but when we got there at 9:30, the bartender already closed it.

Good location. Clean. Nicely maintained.
Staff were unhelpful. Would not add a second night for same price as Booking.com, so I had to make a second reservation. I requested to stay in the same room both nights, and was told no. I had to pack up everything. It was so frustrating that I abandoned the second night and drove home at 1am.

The hotel is connected to UND builds through the overhead walk ways. The staff was kind and helpful with my answering my questions.

Grounds were not kept well. Overthrown bushes. Not very clean outside.
