It was convenient, for what I was there for.My children had to spread out my Their Mother’s ashes.

Well, I have stayed at many different places over time. Other places have different convenience’s The bed was very comfortable, The TV lacked some more channels, one scew was missing on the bathroom light switch. & one of the pull handle on th Dresser was lose. But, I did forget my one thing that I had put in the refridge. I hoping to get it back soon.

Breakfast was great, just what I wanted. I liked how you had the silverware.

Nothing really. The only thing I questioned was the location. The area was at first I did not feel safe but when I got in the hotel every one made me feel safe.

The good outweighed the bad. I'd return.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the bed was responsible for the most comfortable night sleep I've had in years! Breakfast was really good.

Strange overpowering smell in our room. Like a spice that never went away. Water temperature never got more than lukewarm.

Not a lot. Rooms are typical - provided refrigerator

Air did not work, hair in the bathroom, no hot water, old mattresses in the parking lot, lobby smelled like B.O.

Bad bathroom door

The elevator is fast! It only takes a few seconds to go up the entire building. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The door to the bathroom kept scrapping against the wall when we tried to close it and made paint chips to come off everywhere. The paint chips fell on the towels and floor which was extremely annoying.

Great value, location in cleanliness. Get what you pay for I feel like.

My room was next to the maintenance room and it had a burning rubber sort of smell. I called the front desk and nothing was really done about it. They went and checked on it but it seems like nothing was done. My guess is that it was something mechanical that needed specialty work.

Very disappointed!

There was barely any warm water every time we tried to bathe. We had to let the water run 30 minutes just to get barely warm water. How can you have a hotel with no hot water? Plus the website said the hotel was newly remodeled in Jan 2022, but we stayed in Oct 2022 and there was painted walls chipped everywhere, holes in our room walls where outlets should be and only 1 elevator out of 3 working which was evidently old and wobbly. You add this to no hot water and it begs the question of how they can continue to operate this way!!!!! Had we not complained we would have walked out paying full price with all these issues! Totally ridiculous!

plenty of parking, right by interstate

not much around it for food, not very updated, bathroom was dirty, front desk guy was slightly rude.

The check in staff and evening staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable.

There was no hot water in the morning to shower. Ironically this was listed on a review a few months prior. I informed the front desk employee when I checked out. He could not do anything for us and said that I needed to go through booking.com as I reserved through this site. I paid at the hotel. So I'm not sure how to handle this concern.
