Room was nice. Requests were accommodated. Customer service, no matter what time of day, was exceptional even when they were learning a new system. Breakfast is a la carte, but definitely worth the price you pay. Never have I had a meal that tasty AND well-seasoned from a hotel, where I didn't need to add anything extra. A special thanks to Gabe and the shuttle drivers. From my arrival to my departure, those gentlemen were nothing short of exceptional as far as their customer service and professionalism.
Honestly, I'd really have to scrutinize just a couple things.
There was a hair on the bathroom wall, next to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash station. Didn't bug me at all but felt it needed to be noted. Also, the door going into the room needed a little more force to close than normal. It didn't fully shut on its own. Something to be mindful of.
