The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful with details/hours of restaurants, amenities, and parking.
The breakfast staff was nice and offered coffee. Additionally, she was kind enough to give me change so that I could leave her a tip.
One thing that I always look forward to when traveling is a jacuzzi in addition to having a pool.

The front desk welcomed me and was very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the multiple light features and the spacious area to move around. There were also plenty of towels and toiletries available.
The air conditioner didn't get cold enough and the balcony was not accessible because of a padlock. I also noticed there are no liners in the trash cans but that is common in other hotels I have stayed at.
