Connivence to location
Not enough outlets near beds- and usb ports we had to help were all broken.

The location. I could walk to the event at the civic center instead of hassling with parking garages.
Issue occurred during check-in with the hotel having no record of our reservation. The front desk employee was dealing with it for a long time. We did eventually got checked in but I will probably avoid booking with booking.com in the future. They clearly have communication issues.
