It was very clean.
Water was not very hot. No cold water in the sink. Was told if we wanted cold water he could turn the know on under the sink. Breakfast hours were 6-9. Went at 8 and there were only 2 sausages and no eggs. Found the housekeeper and she fixed more but brought out the sausage and it was very greasy.

Location was great. It saved me in the middle of a torrential rain that slowed me down enough I didn't feel safe continuing on to Cincinnati. Greensburg, IN is a cute town with a striking courthouse, and a robust town center which includes an especially good Indonesian restaurant and an interesting charity coffee shop with good choices for tea drinkers. This seemed the only hotel choice in town. My room was adequately clean and comfortable, and a good value. Good wifi. Good plumbing. Pleasant staff.
This was a basic hotel with a good price. The facilities were adequate but a bit shabby. Although my room was clean, the air felt stale (perhaps an air filter needed replacing?) Also, the lobby and hallway had an unpleasant odor. When I first entered I thought it might be a gas leak, but decided it must be stale cooking odors. Breakfast was poor quality, but I've seen worse.
