I liked getting a first floor room because of my dog. I arrived late at night. Left early a.m.
Staff, desk clerks, cleaning crew, all of them were very kind.

Location was great, room was very nice and breakfast was good.
Down side was it looks like you are in the middle of remodeling and stairs and hall carpet not in good shape.
