I like that this hotel is off the strip and in an area that isnʻt so busy but close to essentials like target and eateries. Check-in process was good. Our room was clean and had all the normal essentials. Nothing extravagant but simple and met all our needs. Casino was nice. I spent time at the sportsbook and staff there were helpful in having me place a bet. Food was good at the Sundance Grill. We had breakfast and the waiter was friendly and accomodating. Parking on site was free which was a bonus. We also liked that it the hotel is connected to Bass Pro. Lastly, we were able to get a late checkout when we called the morning of our checkout date. It was only an hour more but we appreciated the extra hour. Lastly, we enjoyed the craft fair of local vendors on 9/6/26 at Veil Pavilion. It was a nice to support local vendors with some great products and eats!
Few things we didnʻt like but are not deal breakers:
1) Our blackout curtain in our room didnʻt roll all the way up so we werenʻt able to let in natural sunlight
2) The first evening we were there the maintenance crew was powerwashing the walkway adjacent to our first floor room, it was loud for about an hour and kind of annoying, we know it has to be done but not sure why it was done at around 10pm in the evening
3) The first night we were there the TV cable signal kept freezing and going out. The remaining nights it was fine.

Best place off the beaten path of the Strip. The services are reasonable, great food options and Starbucks to start the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will ne back for sure. My only complaint was the phone app was not too helpful when trying to book the stay so I ended up using Booking.com, but I will try it again the next time we need a great stay.
The Silverton app was not up to my expectations, but everything else exceeded my expectations.
